AN ACT to repeal and re enact, with amendments, Section 9-60. of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Anne Arundel County (1957)
Edition), being Article e of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title "Finance and Taxation", sub title "Purchases and
Expenditures", requiring the County Commissioners and others
to advertise for proposals for contracts involving one thousand
dollars or more with certain exceptions.
AN ACT TO REPEAL AND RE-ENACT, WITH AMENDMENTS,
SECTIONS 9-60 AND 22-58 OF THE CODE OF PUBLIC LOCAL
LAWS OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY (1957 EDITION, BE-
ING ARTICLE 2 OF THE CODE OF PUBLIC LOCAL LAWS
OF MARYLAND), TITLE "ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY", SUB-
TITLE "GENERAL LOCAL LAWS", SUB-HEADINGS "FI-
NANCE AND TAXATION", AND "WATER AND SEWERS",
REQUIRING THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND ALSO
THE SANITARY COMMISSION OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUN-
TY AND OTHERS TO ADVERTISE FOR PROPOSALS FOR
CONTRACTS INVOLVING ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS
($1,000.00) OR MORE, WITH CERTAIN EXCEPTIONS; AND
AMENDING FURTHER THE LAW RELATING TO CERTAIN
REPAIRS, REPLACEMENTS, AND ADDITIONS OF THE
SANITARY COMMISSION.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 9-60. of the Code of Public Local Laws of Anne Arundel
County (1957 Edition), being Article 2 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title "Finance and Taxation", sub title "Pur-
chases and Expenditures", be and he is hereby repealed and re enacted,
THAT SECTIONS 9-60 AND 22-58 OF THE CODE OF PUBLIC
LOCAL LAWS OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY (1957 EDITION,
BEING ARTICLE 2 OF THE CODE OF PUBLIC LOCAL LAWS
OF MARYLAND), TITLE "ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY", SUB-
TITLE "GENERAL LOCAL LAWS", SUB-HEADINGS "FINANCE
AND TAXATION" AND "WATER AND SEWERS", BE AND
THEY ARE HEREBY REPEALED AND RE-ENACTED, with
amendments, to read as follows:
