countancy; and the Governor may issue as heretofore all certificates
resulting from any examinations held prior to the effective date of
this Act.

Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That all monies and credits
in the hands of or subject to the order of the Maryland Board of Ex-
aminers of Public Accountants are transferred and made subject
to the order of the Maryland State Board of Public Accountancy
herein provided for; and all obligations and debts of the Maryland
Board of Examiners of Public Accountants are made obligations and
debts of the Maryland State Board of Public Accountancy.

Sec, 4. And be it further enacted, That all personal property
and records belonging to or in the custody of the Maryland Board
of Examiners of Public Accountants are transferred to or placed
in the custody of the Maryland State Board of Public Accountancy.

Sec. 5. And be it further enacted, That any reference to the
Maryland Board of Examiners of Public Accountants in the laws,
resolutions, ordinances, regulations, and records of the State of
Maryland or of any agency or political subdivision of the State of
Maryland are changed to be references to the Maryland State Board
of Public Accountancy.

Sec. 6. And be it further enacted, That any changes in or amend-
ments to Article 75A of the Annotated Code of Maryland made at
the 1961 Regular Session of the General Assembly by an Act other
than this Act shall be effective as enacted and become a part of the
revision of said Article 75A as contained in this Act.

Sec. 7. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1961.

(House Bill 359)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 175 (c)
of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition),
title "Natural Resources", sub-title "Birds, Game and Inland
Water Fish", sub-heading "Fur Beavers BEARERS", to legalize
and regulate the trapping of beaver in the State.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
