Edition and 1960 Supplement), title "Justices of the Peace", sub-
title "Trial Magistrates System", to increase the minimum salaries
of trial magistrates and substitute magistrates in Baltimore
County, and to increase the number of substitute magistrates in
the county.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 108(3) and 119(a) of Article 52 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1960 Supplement), title "Jus-
tices of the Peace", sub-title "Trial Magistrates System", be and they
are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:

108(3).

Baltimore County.—There shall be sixteen trial magistrates, one
of whom shall sit in Catonsville, one in Cockeysville, one in Dundalk,
one in Edgemere, one in Essex, one in Fullerton, one in Halethorpe,
one in Kingsville, one in Parkton, one in Parkville, one in Pikesville,
one in Reisterstown, one in Sparrows Point, one in Towson, one in
Woodlawn, and one at a suitable location on the Pulaski Highway.

The Baltimore County trial magistrates herein provided for shall
hold sessions of no less than three days in each week and such other
sessions as the duties of their office and public convenience may
require.

The said trial magistrates shall receive annual salaries of not less
than the following amounts:

Catonsville

[$2,100.00] three thousand eight hundred dollars ($3,800.00)
Cockeysville

[$1,800.00] three thousand two hundred dollars ($3,200.00)
Dundalk

[$3,600.00] five thousand dollars                             ($5,000.00)

Edgemere

[$2,100.00] three thousand eight hundred dollars ($3,800.00)
Essex

[$4,000.00] five thousand four hundred dollars ($5,400.00)
Fullerton

[$2,400.00] three thousand six hundred dollars ($3,600.00)
Halethorpe

[$2,400.00] three thousand six hundred dollars ($3,600.00)
Kingsville

[$1,500.00] two thousand six hundred dollars         ($2,600.00)

Parkton

[$1,500.00] two thousand six hundred dollars         ($2,600.00)

Parkville

[$2,800.00] three thousand six hundred dollars ($3,600.00)
Pikesville

[$2,100.00] three thousand six hundred dollars ($3,600.00)
Rosedale

[$1,800.00] three thousand eight hundred dollars ($3,800.00)
Reisterstown

[$2,700.00] three thousand six hundred dollars ($3,600.00)
