erans", sub-title "Re-employment of Second World War Veterans";
to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, sub-section (c) of Section
16 of Article 101 of the Code, title "Workmen's Compensation",
sub-title "Suit—Methods of Insurance"; to repeal and re-enact,
with amendments, sub-sections (a) and (e) of Section 56 of Ar-

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

Article 1A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and
1961 Supplement—hereinafter in the several enacting sections of
this Act referred to as "the Code"), title "Aeronautics", sub-title
"Airport Zoning"; Section 27 of Article 2 of the Code, title "Agents
and Factors", sub-title "Factor's Lien"; Section 28 of Article 5 of the
Code, title "Appeals", sub-title "Appeals to Circuit Courts for Coun-
ties and Superior Court of Baltimore City", sub-heading "Appeals
from County Commissioners"; Section 2 of Article 8 of the Code,
title "Assignment of Choses in Action", sub-title "In General";
Sections 3 through 12, inclusive, Sections 14 through 16, inclusive,
and Sections 18 through 24, inclusive, of Article 9 of the Code, title
"Attachments", sub-title "Attachments Against Nonresident and
Absconding Debtors"; Section 25 of Article 9 of the Code, title
