That Chapter 848 of the Laws of Maryland, 1961, be repealed, and
further that Chapter 659, Laws of Maryland, 1961, Section 192 (h)
be repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

192.

(h) "Imitation ice cream" is any frozen substance, mixture or
compound regardless of the name under which it is represented,
which is made in imitation or semblance of ice cream, or is prepared
or frozen as ice cream is customarily prepared or frozen and which
is not ice cream, ice milk, frozen custard, sherbet, water ice or fruit
ice or quiescently frozen confections and quiescently frozen dairy
confections as they are defined in this section.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1962.

CHAPTER 34

(Senate Bill 67)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 67 (c) of
Article 78 of the Annotated Code of Maryland i(1957 Edition),
title "Public Service Commission Law", sub-title "Functions,
Duties and Powers of the Commission", sub-heading "Financial
Structure, Records and Reports of Public Service Companies", to
change the time when the Public Service Commission must notify
public service companies to change their form of annual report to
the Commission.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 67 (c) of Article 78 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1957 Edition), title "Public Service Commission Law", sub-
title "Functions, Duties and Powers of the Commission", sub-head-
ing "Financial Structure, Records and Reports of Public Service
Companies", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:

67.

(c) The Commission shall furnish a blank form of annual report
to each public service company in sufficient time prior to the date
when the report is due. No change in the form of annual report shall
be made by the Commission which requires a change in the manner
or form of keeping the company's records, unless notice of the pro-
posed change is given to the company at least six months before the
fend] beginning of the year for which the report is due. The report
shall be filed with the Commission within such time as the Commission
may direct after the expiration of the year covered by the report.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1962.
