(House Bill 26)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendmentse, Sections 23 (a)
and (d) of Article 17 of the Annotated Codeof Maryland (1957
Edition), title "Clerks of Courts", sub-title "General Duties of
Clerks", to change the salaries of clerks of the several circuit
courts of this State, including the courts of the Supreme Bench
of Baltimore City and to change the procedure for establishing
salaries above the minimum.
