AN ACT to declare the sanction and consent of the General Assembly
of Maryland to sundry gifts, bequests and devises contained in
the Last Wills and Testaments of certain persons, deceased, and
also to certain gifts, grants, sales, leases and deeds made by vari-
ous persons to and for the use and benefit of sundry ministerial
persons, religious corporations, vestries, educational and charitable
institutions, churches, denominations or sects hereinafter named.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the sanction and consent of the said General Assembly of Mary-
land be and the same is hereby declared, given and granted to the
following gifts, bequests, devises, grants, sales, leases, conveyances
and deeds, to and from certain persons and bodies corporate to and
for the use of certain ministerial persons, religious and educational
corporations, orders, denominations and sects, and to certain char-
itable institutions hereinafter named and hereinafter set forth.

1. Unrecorded Deed of Trust dated April 15, 1947, from Summer-
field Baldwin, Jr., to Miriam Baldwin Cooke and Olive H. Baldwin,
Trustees, for the benefit of Katherine M. Disbrow, (now Dillon), for
life and with remainder over to The Baldwin Memorial Methodist
Church of Anne Arundel County, Maryland, of cash in the amount
of $7500. 00 in trust to purchase certain property in the Fourth
Election District of Anne Arundel County, Maryland, lying at the
intersection of The General's Highway and Millersville Road in said
county, the same to be held in trust for Mrs. Harold Disbrow (mean-
ing Katherine M. Disbrow, now Dillon) for her life and with re-
mainder to The Baldwin Memorial Methodist Church of Anne Arun-
del County, Maryland.

2. Deed of Trust from Charles Thomas Marsden, widower, et al,
to Miriam Baldwin Cooke and Olive H. Baldwin, Trustees, dated
September 30, 1948, and recorded among the Land Records of Anne
Arundel County in Liber J. H. H. No. 494, folio 152, etc., conveying
parcel of land in the Fourth Election District of Anne Arundel
County, Maryland, containing 2. 01 acres of land more or less and
lying at the intersection of the center line of The General's Highway
with the center of the County Road to Millersville, Extended, to be
held by said Trustees for the benefit of Katherine M. Disbrow, (now
Dillon), for her life and with remainder to The Baldwin Memorial
Methodist Church of Anne Arundel County, Maryland.

3. Deed and Release dated the 20th day of January, 1962, be-
tween Katherine M. Dillon, Olive H. Baldwin and Mercantile-Safe
Deposit and Trust Company '(Successor Trustee) and The Baldwin
Memorial Methodist Church of Anne Arundel County, Maryland,
conveying the life estate of the said Katherine M. Dillon to said
Trustees for the express benefit of said church in that parcel of land
in the Fourth Election District of Anne Arundel County, Maryland,
