Any final order, decree or Judgment of court rendered pursuant to
Sections 150 through 4£& 175 of this Article which debars a claimant*
from further proceeding against the Unsatisfied Claim and Judgment
Fund or denies the claim or which awards or allows claimant less
than what the claimant believes he is entitled to AND ANY SUCH
FINAL ORDER, DECREE OR JUDGMENT OF COURT BY
WHICH THE UNSATISFIED CLAIM AND JUDGMENT FUND
OR BOARD IS AGGRIEVED shall be appealable

to the Court of Appeals in the manner provided by law and rule of
court.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby de-
clared to be an emergency measure and necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public health and safety, and having been passed
by a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of the members
elected to each of the two houses of the General Assembly, the same
shall take effect from the date of its passage.

(Senate Bill 101)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 293 of
Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition),
title "Natural Resources", sub-title "Fish and Fisheries", sub-head-
ing "Part 2. Tidal Waters" "Legal Size of Certain Fish", to permit
the taking of striped bass (rock fish) of more than fifteen pounds
by hook and line in the waters of the State and, to limit the num-
ber that may be taken AND TO SPECIFY WHEN SUCH
STRIPED BASS MAY BE TAKEN.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 293 of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition), title "Natural Resources", sub-title "Fish and
Fisheries", sub-heading "Part 2. Tidal Waters" "Legal Size of Cer-
tain Fish", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:
