A Bill entitled: "An Act to add a new Section 42 to Article 40 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title 'General Assembly' to
follow immediately after Section 41 thereof, and to be under the new
sub-title 'Apportionment', revising the provisions concerning the member-
ship of the House of Delegates and the representation of the several
political sub-divisions therein, making provision for the nomination and
election of certain candidates for office in the House of Delegates and
relating generally to the membership and election of the members of the
House of Delegates of Maryland. "
