or city, from which in whole or in part, the same may have been
formed; nor shall any person be eligible as a Senator, unless he shall
have attained the age of twenty-five years, nor as a Delegate, unless
he shall have attained the age of twenty-one years, at the time of his
election. In any county which is divided into districts under the
provisions of Section 5 of this article, a person is not eligible as a
Delegate who has not also resided for at least six months preceding
the day of his election in the district in which he is a candidate. "
