Senate Bill No. 1—By the President:

A Bill entitled: "An Act making an emergency appropriation for the
payment of the expenses of the General Assembly of Maryland for the
Second Extra-ordinary Session of 1962. "

Senate Bill No. 2—By Senator Malkus:

A Bill entitled: "An Act to add new Section 199A to the Code of
Public Local Laws of Dorchester County (1961 Edition, being Article 10
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title 'Dorchester County',
to follow immediately after Section 199 thereof and to be under the new
sub-title 'Deer Hunting', to provide for the offense of hunting during the
deer season in Dorchester County on the property of another without
written permission, to provide penalties for violations, and to provide
for the enforcement of this act. "

Senate Bill No. 3—By Senator Barrick:

A Bill entitled: "An Act to add a new Section 47 (c-5) to Article 26
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition, as amended), title
'Courts', sub-title 'Salaries of Judges', as said Section 47 was amended by
Chapter 5 of the Acts of the Regular Session of 1962 and by Chapter 22
of the Acts of the Special Session of March 9, 1962, said new section to
follow immediately after Section 47 (c-4) thereof, authorizing the County
Commissioners of Frederick County to pay to certain judges of the sixth
judicial circuit certain amounts per annum in excess of the salary and/or
supplementation heretofore directed or allowed to be paid to such judges. "

Senate Bill No. 4—By Senator Weant:

A Bill entitled: "An Act to add a new Section 58A to Article 7 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title 'Carroll
County', to follow immediately after Section 58 thereof, and to be under
the new sub-title 'Flags', regulating the conditions under which the flag
of the United States may be displayed in Carroll County. "

Senate Bill No. 5—By Senator Malkus:

A Bill entitled: "An Act to add a new Section 42 to Article 40 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title 'General Assembly',
to follow immediately after Section 41 thereof, and to be under the new
sub-title 'Apportionment', revising the provisions concerning the member-
ship of the House of Delegates and the representation of the several
political sub-divisions therein, making provision for the nomination and
election of certain candidates for office in the House of Delegates and
relating generally to the membership and election of the members of the
House of Delegates of Maryland. "
