The President announced the veto was sustained by roll call as follows:

VOTE RECONSIDERED

Senator North, duly seconded, moved that the vote by which the
Governor's veto was sustained on Senate Bill 35 be reconsidered.

Said motion prevailed by yeas and nays as follows:

Governor's veto.

Senate Bill No. 35—Testamentary Disposition of Motor Vehicles

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 260 of Article
93 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1961 Supplement), title "Testa-
mentary Law", sub-title "Orphans' Court", amending the law concern-
ing the testamentary disposition of certain motor vehicles in order to
provide therein that no inheritance tax shall be collected on such motor
vehicles.
