We have receive^ your Message, stating that the House of Delegates
refuses to concur in Senate amendments to House Bill No. 2, introduced
by the Speaker, and requesting the Senate to recede from its position. The
Senate refuses to recede from its position, and requests the appointment
of a Conference Committee, three on the part of the House and three on
the part of the Senate, to confer on the disagreeing votes of the two Houses.
