members elected to each of the two Houses of the General Assembly,

(House Bill 11)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 108(16)
(d) of Article 52 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1961
Supplement), title "Justices of the Peace, " sub-title "Trial Magis-
trates System, " relating to the service of civil process issued by
the judges of the People's Court of Prince George's County and
to the expense of serving such process.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 108(16) (d) of Article 52 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1961 Supplement), title "Justices of the Peace, " sub-title
"Trial Magistrates System, " be and it is hereby repealed and re-
enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

(d) The [superintendent of police] Sheriff of Prince George's
County is hereby authorized, directed and required to serve all civil
process issued by said judges. The Sheriff shall be reimbursed by
the County Commissioners for his expenses incurred in serving
process.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1962.
