A Bill entitled "An Act to add new Section 74(g) to Article 2B
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1961 Supplement),
title 'Alcoholic Beverages', sub-title 'Rights and Duties of Licensees',
said new section to follow immediately after Section 74(f) thereof,
providing for the procedure and requirements for transfer of alcoholic
beverage licenses in Baltimore City involving only a change in the
licensee. "
