A Bill entitled "An Act to add new Sections 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15
to Article 49B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition),
title 'Interracial Commission, ' to follow immediately after Section 10
thereof, and to be under the new subtitle 'Public Accommodations, ' to
prohibit discrimination on the basis of race, creed, color or national
origin in certain places of public accommodations, with exceptions, which
provide sleeping accommodations or serve meals for a consideration,
placing the administration and enforcement of this subtitle initially
