GINEMEN OF FIRE COMPANIES IN ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY.

Amendment to House Bill No. 27
By Senator Phipps from the floor:

In line 12 of Section 1 on page 1 of the third reading file bill, after
the word "two" strike out the words "or more"; and in line 15 after
the word "provided" add the following: "; and the County Commissioners
may appoint additional enginemen for each of such companies. "

Which amendment was read and adopted.
Favorable report, as amended, adopted.

The bill, as amended, was read the second time and ordered passed
to its third reading.

Two-thirds of all the Senators-elect, voting in the affirmative, the
rules were suspended by yeas and nays as follows, and bill put upon its
third reading and final passage.
