House Bill No. 3—By the Washington County Delegation:

Subject: TO AUTHORIZE AND EMPOWER THE COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF WASHINGTON COUNTY TO BORROW AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND DOL-
LARS ($200, 000. 00) FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING AND
ACQUIRING PUBLIC JUNIOR OR COMMUNITY COLLEGE BUILD-
INGS AND FACILITIES, ETC.

Favorable report adopted.

Amendment to House Bill No. 3
By Senator Snyder from the floor:

In lines 2 and 3 of the title, and in lines 11 and 12 of Section 1 on
page 1 of the third reading file bill, strike out in each instance, the fol-
lowing: "Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200, 000. 00)" and insert in
each instance the following: "Seven Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars
($750, 000. 00)".

Which amendment was read and adopted.

Which was read the second time and ordered passed to its third
reading.

Two-thirds of all the Senators-elect, voting in the affirmative, the
rules were suspended by yeas and nays as follows, and bill put upon its
third reading and final passage.
