House Bill No. 4—By the Anne Arundel County Delegation:

A Bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 2 of Chapter 593 of the Acts of 1951 as said section was amended
by Chapter 137 of the Acts of 1959 and by Chapter 739 of the Acts of
1961, amending the law which concerns a contribution by the County
Commissioners of Anne Arundel County toward the cost of general
hospital facilities to residents of Northern Anne Arundel County in order
to remove therefrom a proviso which requires at least equal contributions
by the particular hospital involved before the Board of County Com-
missioners of Anne Arundel County sells the bonds authorized under
said Acts. "

Which was read first time and referred to Committee on Rules.

Mr. Della for the Rules Committee recommended that House Bill
