cation", sub-title "Chapter 16. Public Libraries", to follow imme-
diately after Section 1 (g) thereof, relating generally to agree-
ments in Prince George's County between the county board of
education and the county board of library trustees concerning
the use of school grounds, buildings, facilities and personnel in
furtherance of the county library purposes.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 1 186 (1) (h) be and it is hereby added to Article
77 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Public
Education", sub-title "Chapter 16. Public Libraries", to follow imme-
diately after Section 1 (g) thereof, and to read as follows:

1 186 (1).

(h) In Prince George's County the county board of education and
the county board of library trustees may enter into any agreement
with each other concerning the use of any school grounds, buildings,
facilities and personnel in furtherance of the county library pur-
poses.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 416,
418, 420, 422(c), 423 (c) and 431 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Anne Arundel County (1947 Edition, being Article 2 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), as enacted by Chapter
631 of the Acts of 1949, AS AMENDED BY CHAPTER 423 OF
THE ACTS OF 1957, title "Anne Arundel County", sub-title
"Police Department"; to repeal Section 417 of said Code as enacted
by Chapter 631 of the Acts of 1949, and to enact new Section 417
in lieu thereof, to stand in the place and stead of the section so
repealed; and to add new Section 417A to said Code, to follow
immediately after Section 417 thereof, all relating to the Anne
Arundel County Police Department.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 416, 418, 420, 422(c), 423(c) and 431 'of the Code of
