be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
158. It shall be lawful for any person hunting in a licensed booby,
brush, or stake blind to use a skiff or rowboat propelled by oars for
the purpose of retrieving wounded or dead waterfowl when same has
been wounded or killed from said blind or from natural shore. [Every
person erecting a blind or digging a pit on a field or fields for the
purpose of hunting wild waterfowl shall remove said blind and
cover pit in such a manner as to prohibit hunting therefrom within
two days after the close of the open season for the hunting of wild
waterfowl as provided by law.]
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 1 of Arti-
cle 63 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title
"Mechanics' Lien", sub-title "In General", to include "paying and
site improvement" under the provisions of the Mechanics' Lien
Law.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 1 of Article 63 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition), title "Mechanics' Lien", sub-title "In General", be
and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
1. Every building erected and every building repaired, rebuilt or
improved to the extent of one-fourth its value in Baltimore City and
in any of the counties shall be subject to a lien for the payment of
all debts contracted for work done for or about the same, and for
materials furnished for or about the same, including the drilling and
installation of wells for the purpose of supplying water, the sodding,
seeding or planting in or about the premises, of any shrubs, trees,
plants, flowers or nursery products of any kind or description and
the grading, filling [and], landscaping, AND paving and site im-
provement thereon.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.
