CHAPTER 627
(House Bill 372)
AN ACT to legalize the 1959 Edition of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Charles County, being Article 9 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, published under the direction of the
Board of County Commissioners of Charles County and edited by
Carl N. Everstine, and making provisions for the publication, sale
and distribution thereof.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the 1959 Edition of the Code of Public Local Laws of Charles
County, being Article 9 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, published under the direction of the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Charles County and edited by Carl N. Everstine, be and
the same is hereby legalized. Said Code shall contain all Public Local
Laws relating to Charles County in effect after the 1959 Regular
Session of the General Assembly of Maryland, and it shall contain
the charters of the several municipal corporations within Charles
County as in effect on June 1, 1959. The Code shall be deemed and
taken in all the Courts of the State and by all Justices of the Peace
and Trial Magistrates of the State and by all other public officials
of the State and of any political subdivision thereof to be evidence
of the Public Local Laws of Charles County in existence at the time
of compilation.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the Board of County Com-
missioners of Charles County be and it is hereby authorized and
directed to provide for the publication of the Code and to make the
necessary appropriation to defray the cost of publication; and it
further is authorized to provide for the sale and distribution of said
Code.
Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 207 of
Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition),
title "Natural Resources", sub-title "Birds, Game and Inland
Water Fish. Game and Fresh Water Fish", sub-heading "Regu-
lations for Taking in Nontidal Waters", relating to changes in the
open seasons for taking certain fish in non-tidal waters of the
State.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 207 of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland
