Commissioners shall investigate and inspect the proposed plans and
specifications. If the applicant is found to be of good moral character
and the proposed trailer coach park will be in compliance with all pro-
visions of this Act and all other applicable ordinances or statutes and
if the Board of County Commissioners shall have determined that
the granting of the application is not detrimental to the public wel-
fare or safety of persons or property because of pertinent conditions
in regard to public roads, schools, churches, public utilities and
household services, use of adjacent territory for residential, agricul-
tural or other purposes and maintenance of peace and good order, the
Board of Health shall approve the application and upon completion
of the park according to the plans shall issue the license.

Upon application for a transfer of the license, the Board of Health
shall issue a transfer if the transferee is of good moral character.

217C. The trailer coach plan shall conform to the following
requirements:

1. No Trailer Parks shall be laid out and maintained until and
unless a Certificate of Use and Occupancy shall first have been ob-
tained in compliance with the following conditions:

(a) No trailer lot shall be less than 30 feet in width, nor less than

50 feet in depth. The corners of each trailer lot shall be marked with

clearly visible monuments.

(b) No trailer lot shall be located less than 60 feet from any street,

nor less than 30 feet from any side or rear property line; nor less

than 100 feet from any facilities for the storage of gasoline or oil;

nor less than 20 feet from any building or accessory building.

(c) (A) Every trailer lot shall have frontage on a well-drained and
graded driveway, not less than 20 feet in width, said driveway to be
maintained in a passable condition at all times.

(d) (B) All of the land in any trailer park shall be well drained
and free from standing or casual water.

(e) (C) The ingress and egress to any trailer park shall be so de-
signed as to avoid traffic hazards.

(f) (D) Driveways shall be continuous, or provided with a turn-
around whose inner radius is not less than 40 feet.

(g) Driveways shall be lighted with at least one 50 watt bulb
every 50 feet.

(h) (E) Every trailer park shall provide such sanitary facilities as
are required by the St. Mary's County Health Department, in accord-
ance with duly adopted ordinances.

(i) No addition to any trailer coach shall be constructed on any

trailer lot unless approved by the County Commissioners.

(j) Each park shall provide service buildings to house toilet facili-
ties, bathing facilities, laundry facilities and other sanitary facilities
as hereinafter more particularly prescribed.

(k) (F) An electrical outlet supplying at least 110 volts shall be
provided for each trailer coach space.
