Whereas, These Sections were enacted in 1922 and are now
obsolete and should be repealed; now, therefore

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 1 and 2 of Article 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Wicomico County", sub-title
"Almshouse Farm", be and they are hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

Approved March 3, 1959.

CHAPTER 70
(Senate Bill 21)

AN ACT to repeal Section 94 of Article 23 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Wicomico County",
sub-title "Fruits and Vegetables", said Sections imposing certain
requirements upon the shippers and sellers of fruits and vegetables
in Wicomico County and now being obsolete and unnecessary.

Whereas, In Section 94 of the Local Laws of Wicomico County
there are requirements upon the shippers and sellers of fruits and
vegetables in Wicomico County; and

Whereas, This law was enacted in the year 1908 and is now
entirely obsolete and unnecessary; now, therefore

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 94 of Article 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Wicomico County", sub-title "Fruits
and Vegetables", be and it is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

Approved March 3, 1959.

CHAPTER 71
(Senate Bill 38)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 23 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Wicomico County",
sub-title "County Commissioners", said new section to be known
as Section 252A and to follow immediately after Section 252 there-
