AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 282 (b)
of Article 77 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition),
title "Public Education", sub-title "Chapter 27, Free Scholar-
ships"; and to add a new Section 282 (b-1) thereto, to follow
immediately after said Section 282 (b), revising the procedure for
the awarding of certain scholarships in Caroline County.
