law for the holding of the next regular Municipal election in the
City of Cambridge, there shall be submitted to the qualified voters
within the corporate limits of the City of Cambridge, the question
whether the exhibition of motion pictures on Sunday shall be author-
ized as provided by Section 1 to be known as Section 534A hereof
in said City. The Supervisors of Election of the City of Cambridge
shall cause to be printed on the official voting machine ballots or
such official ballots as are to be used at said election, the title of this
Act and underneath said title on separate lines, a square or box to
the right of and opposite the words "For Motion Pictures on Sun-
day", and a corresponding square or box to the right of and opposite
the words "Against Motion Pictures on Sunday", the same to be
printed on said voting machine ballots or such ballots which shall be
held at the next general regular election in the City of Cambridge
so that voters shall be able to designate in the proper square or box
his or her decision for or against motion pictures on Sunday in Cam-
bridge, Dorchester County, Maryland.

If a majority of the votes cast within the corporate limits of the
City of Cambridge on said question shall be "For Motion Pictures
on Sunday", then Sections 1 and 2 of this Act to be known as Sec-
tion 534A shall thereupon automatically become effective immedi-
ately in said City. If a majority of the votes cast within the corporate
limits of the City of Cambridge on said question shall be "Against
the showing of motion pictures on Sunday", then Sections 1 and 2
of this Act known as 534A shall not become effective in said City of
Cambridge and the exhibition of motion pictures on Sunday in the
City of Cambridge shall be unlawful.

Sec. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall become effec-
tive June 1, 1959.

CHAPTER 511
(House Bill 868)

AN ACT to add new Section 707(1) to Article 66C of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Oysters and Clams", sub-
title "State Oyster Culture", to follow immediately after Section
707 (k) thereof providing for an Oyster Propagation Demonstra-
tion Area in Kedges Straits to be managed by the Commission of
Tidewater Fisheries through regulations and providing for penal-
ties for the violation of any regulation.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 707(1) be and it is hereby added to Article 66C of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Oysters and
