a point on the tenth or North 53° West 125 perch line of a deed

from Charles E. Emswiler, et ux, to Wiley G. Griffith, et ux, dated

May 21, 1941 and recorded among the aforesaid Land Records in

Liber 831 at Folio 282, thence in a generally southeasterly direction

reversely with and along the tenth, ninth, eighth and seventh lines

of the aforesaid deed from Charles E. Emswiler, et ux, to Wiley G.

Griffith, et ux, to the beginning of said seventh deed line, thence

SAID FIRST DEED LINE, THENCE IN A GENERALLY NORTH-
EASTERLY DIRECTION WITH AND ALONG THE FIFTH OR
NORTH 52° EAST, 162 PERCH LINE OF A DEED FROM J.
WINDSOR DAVIS, ET UX, TO HARRY H. FRALEY, ET UX,
DATED DECEMBER 9, 1949 AND RECORDED AMONG THE
AFORESAID LAND RECORDS IN LIBER 1329 AT FOLIO 358,
TO THE END THEREOF, THENCE in a generally southerly
direction in a straight line to a point on the existing boundary of
the Washington Suburban Sanitary District, said point being 500
feet west of the west side of the Bowie Mill Road and 500 feet north
of the north side of the Bowie Mill Road where said road makes a
right angle bend, approximately 6000 feet north of the road from
Redland to Norbeck, thence in a generally southerly and westerly
direction with and along the existing boundary of the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District to the point of beginning.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the jurisdiction of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission is hereby extended to
