South 56° 41' 20" East, 148.95 feet to a point, thence South 40° 00'
50" East, to intersect the existing boundary of the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District, thence in a generally southwesterly and
southeasterly direction with and along the existing boundary of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District to the point of beginning.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the jurisdiction of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission is hereby extended to
include the area above described and said area shall be subject to
all the rules and regulations of the Commission and all provisions
of law relating to said District, including taxes and other sums or
charges levied by said Commission in other parts of said District.

Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

CHAPTER 471
(House Bill 501)

AN ACT to add an additional area to the Washington Suburban
Sanitary District.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the Area herein described is hereby added to the Washington
Suburban Sanitary District created by Chapter 122 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of 1918:

All that area in Montgomery County described as follows:

All that area in the Laytonsville and Olney Election Districts
DISTRICT within the following described boundaries:

Beginning for the same at a point on the existing boundary of
the Washington Suburban Sanitary District, said point being 500
feet north of the north side of the road leading from Prathertown

through Redland to Norbeck and 200 feet west of the west side of

West, 417.86 foot line of a deed from John E. Muncaster, Jr., et al.

to Leonard Kapiloff, et al., dated July 25, 1956 and recorded among

the Land Records of Montgomery County, Maryland, in Liber 2240

at Folio 354, thence in a general southeasterly direction at right

angles to said road leading from Redland to Mt. Zion to the end of

said nineteenth deed line, thence in a generally southeasterly direc-
