SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 435 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Harford
County (1957 Edition, being Article 13 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland), title "Harford County", sub-title "Plats", be
and the same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

ments", relating to the Board of Assessments of Harford County,
said sections now being obsolete.

AN ACT to authorize and empower the County Commissioners for
Kent County, from time to time, to borrow not exceeding Five
Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) in order to finance the con-
struction, acquisition, improvement or extension of public schools
in said County, as herein defined, and to effect such borrowing by
the issuance and sale to the highest bidder or bidders at public
