(1957 Ed.), title "Licenses", sub-title "Hawkers and peddlers
PEDDLERS", be and the same is hereby repealed, and that a new
section, to be known as Section 24, and to follow immediately after
Section 23, of said Article, be and it is hereby enacted in lieu thereof,
to read as follows:

24. A license may be granted to any hawker or peddler in the name
of an individual, parnership PARTNERSHIP or corporation. No
such license shall extend beyond the county in which it may be issued.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
May 1, 1960.

CHAPTER 343
(House Bill 432)

AN ACT to repeal Section 159 of Article 56 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Licenses", sub-title "Moving
Picture Shows and Carnivals", said section so repealed being gen-
erally obsolete and no longer necessary or desirable among the
license laws of this State.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 159 of Article 56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition), title "Licenses", sub-title "Moving Picture Shows
and Carnivals", be and the same is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
May 1, 1960.

the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Licenses",

That Sections 100 to 108, inclusive, of Article 56 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Licenses", sub-title "Shows",
be and the same are hereby repealed.
