to annual expense allowance for each judge of Orphans' Court
for Prince George's County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 255 (o) of Article 93 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1957 Edition), title "Testamentary Law", sub-title "Orphans'
Court", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:
255.
(o) Each of the judges of the Orphans' Court for Prince George's
County shall receive the sum of eighteen dollars ($18.00) for every
day's attendance upon the sessions of said court [.], plus an al-
lowance for traveling expenses of three hundred dollars ($300.00)
per year, payable quarterly.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

(House Bill 236)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 368
of Article 66½ of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edi-
tion) , title "Motor Vehicles", sub-title "Traffic Court of Baltimore
City", to allow the Chief Magistrate to destroy any records of
the traffic court, except the official court dockets, which are more
than three years old; and relating generally to the Traffic Court
of Baltimore City.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 368 of Article 66½ of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition), title "Motor Vehicles", sub-title "Traffic Court of
Baltimore City", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
368. The chief magistrate may have any records of the traffic
court of Baltimore City, except the official court dockets, destroyed,
which are more than [five] three years old.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.
