the liquor control board of said county. The mayor and city council
of Ocean City shall by ordinance prescribe uniform license fees for
such licenses of not less than [five hundred dollars ($500.00)] six
hundred dollars ($600.00)
and no more than five thousand dollars
($5,000.00); and provided further, that, in addition to the license
fees required hereunder, such licensee shall file a bond with cor-
porate surety in the amount of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) with
the clerk of court conditioned for faithful performance of the regula-
tions prescribed herein. The clerk of the Circuit Court for said
county shall remit the license fees collected by him hereunder to the
municipality in which the licensee is located after deducting a fee of
[one dollar ($1.00)] two dollars ($2.00) for each license issued by
him, in lieu of commission.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

CHAPTER 306
(Senate Bill 563)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 19A to
Article 95A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition,
1958 Supplement), title "Unemployment Insurance Law", sub-title
"Reciprocal Arrangements", authorizing and directing the Execu-
tive Director of the Department of Employment Security to enter
into an agreement on behalf of the State of Maryland with the
United States Secretary of Labor acting on behalf of the United
States, whereunder the Department of Employment Security of
the State of Maryland will act as agent of the United States to
carry out and fully participate in the provisions of the "Temporary
Unemployment Compensation Act of 1958" (Public Law 441, 85th
Congress) under such conditions, rules and regulations as are
specifically contemplated by said "Temporary Unemployment Com-
pensation Act of 1958", or any extension of the "Temporary
Unemployment Compensation Act of 1958" to July 1, 1959.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 19A of Article 95A of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1957 Edition, 1958 Supplement), title "Unemployment Insur-
ance Law", sub-title "Reciprocal Arrangements", be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

19A. The Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed
to enter into an agreement on behalf of the State of Maryland, with
the United States Secretary of Labor acting on behalf of the United
States, whereunder the Department of Employment Security of the
State of Maryland will act as agent of the United States to carry out
