SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

CHAPTER 301
(Senate Bill 443)

AN ACT to repeal Section 3-1 of the Montgomery County Code (1955
Edition), being Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title ''Montgomery County", sub-title "Animals", re-
pealing that section of the said Montgomery County Code relating
to the hunting of frogs in the said county during certain periods
and the penalty for violation thereof.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 3-1 of the Montgomery County Code (1955 Edition),
being Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
"Montgomery County", sub-title "Animals", be and the same is here-
by repealed.

Sec. 2. Be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

Approved April 3, 1959.

CHAPTER 302
(Senate Bill 456)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, sub-sections
65 (f) and 65 (h) of Article 43 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition), title "Health", sub-title "Manufacture and/or Sale
of Mattresses, etc.", providing for the approval of registry num-
bers and providing that certain receipts of the State Department
of Health be deposited in the general funds of the State Treasury,
and matters generally related thereto.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That sub-sections 65 (f) and 65 (h) of Article 43 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Health", sub-title "Manufac-
ture and/or Sale of Mattresses, etc.", be and they are hereby re-
pealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

65.

(f) Tags—Required.—Each and every mattress or article covered
by this section, other than a feather- or down-filled pillow, bolster,
cushion, bed or comfortable or any secondhand article of upholstered
furniture, shall bear securely attached thereto and visible on the out-
side covering a substantial cloth tag, upon which shall be plainly
and indelibly stamped or printed, in English, (a) a statement show-
