VATION, INTO ANY PART OF THIS STATE OUTSIDE OF
SUCH MILITARY INSTALLATION OR RESERVATION, OR
HAVE IN HIS POSSESSION, OUTSIDE OF ANY SUCH MILI-
TARY INSTALLATION OR RESERVATION, MORE THAN TWO
PACKAGES OF CIGARETTES SOLD BY ANY ARMY, AIR
FORCE, NAVY OR COAST GUARD EXCHANGES WHEREON
THE TAX IMPOSED BY THIS ARTICLE HAS NOT BEEN PAID
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 432
(C) HEREOF, EXCEPT THAT BONA FIDE MEMBERS OF
SUCH MILITARY UNITS AND THOSE ENTITLED BY LAW TO
PURCHASE FROM ANY SUCH EXCHANGES MAY HAVE IN
THEIR POSSESSION QUANTITIES NOT EXCEEDING TWO
CARTONS OF SUCH CIGARETTES.
SEC. 2 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1959.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 74-39 and
Section 74-59 of the Montgomery County Code (1955 Edition), the
same also being Sections 1574 and 1594, respectively, of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County (1953 Edition),
being Articles 16 and 17, respectively, of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, titles "Montgomery County" and "Prince
George's County", sub-title "Washington Suburban Sanitary Dis-
trict", the said sections being further sub-titled, "Further pro-
visions concerning connections to systems", and "Right of entry
upon streets and highways", relating to the cutting into any street,
road, alley, sidewalk, or other public property within Montgomery
County and the repair of same.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 74-39 and Section 74-59 of the Montgomery County
Code (1955 Edition), the same also being Sections 1574 and 1594,
respectively, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's
County (1953 Edition), being Articles 16 and 17, respectively, of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, titles, "Montgomery
County" and "Prince George's County", sub-title "Washington Sub-
urban Sanitary District", the said sections being further sub-titled,
"Further provision's concerning connections to systems", and "Right
of entry upon streets and highways", are hereby repealed and re-
enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
Section 74-39 (Section 1574). Further provisions concerning con-
nections to systems.
The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission may, in its dis-
cretion, at any time it deems it expedient, discontinue the practice
