to pay the prescribed toll, and any person who shall attempt to evade
the payment of toll by presenting as payment of toll any ticket,
coupon or other evidence of toll payment which has been altered or
modified, or any ticket, coupon or other evidence of toll payment which
has expired, in an attempt to so evade payment, shall be guilty of
a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten
dollars ($10.00) or more than one hundred dollars ($100.00), pro-
viding however, that no tolls shall be charged for vehicles in proces-
sion in funerals when the vehicles display appropriate markings
designating same as part of a funeral procession, or are identified
at the toll booth by the person conducting the funeral.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

CHAPTER 261

(House Bill 409)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 751A to 751T, inclusive, of Article 11
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Frederick County", sub-title "Trailer Parks", as enacted
or amended by Chapters 685 of 1953 and 318 of 1957, and to
repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 9 (32) of Article
81 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Reve-
nue and Taxes", sub-title "What Shall Be Taxed and Where",
repealing local laws in Frederick County providing for licensing
and regulation of house trailers, and permitting assessment for
local taxation in Frederick County of house trailers.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 751A to 751T, inclusive, of Article 11 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Frederick
County", sub-title "Trailer Parks", as enacted or amended by Chap-
ters 685 of 1953 and 318 of 1957, be and they are hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That Section 9 (32) of Article
81 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Reve-
nue and Taxes", sub-title "What Shall Be Taxed and Where", be and
it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:

9.

(32) Certain motor vehicles; house trailers in Carroll, Harford
and St. Mary's counties.—Motor vehicles, Classes A to J, inclusive.
Nothing herein shall be construed to exempt house trailers designed
