title "Natural Resources", sub-title "Birds, Game and Inland
Water Fish", sub-heading "Waterfowl and Migratory Birds",
specifying certain waters in Baltimore County in which no booby,
brush or stake blind shall be licensed or erected.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 156 (b) of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Natural Resources", sub-title
"Birds, Game and Inland Water Fish", sub-heading "Waterfowl
and Migratory Birds", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:

156.

(b) Tributaries of Potomac River in Charles County and waters
of Baltimore County.—In the tributaries of the Potomac River in
Charles County and on the waters of Baltimore County said blinds
shall not be less than 250 yards apart measured in a straight line
nor exceed a greater distance than 150 yards from the natural shore
from which same may be erected. Provided that on the tributaries
of the Potomac River in Charles County no blind shall be placed
nearer than 125 yards of any property owned or leased by him and
the adjoining property bordering on said waters, unless with the
consent of the adjoining landowners, same being for the purpose
of allowing each landowner or lessee bordering on the tributaries
of the Potomac River in Charles County permission to avail him-
self of the privilege of setting, erecting or maintaining a booby,
brush or stake blind in front of his property provided he is the
owner, lessee or licensee of the amount of shore frontage as required
by law. However, the 250 yards as provided in Section 161 shall not
apply to the above sections.

In Baltimore County, no booby, brush or stake blind shall be
licensed or erected in the waters of Middle River and its tribu-
taries, westerly or inshore from a straight line drawn from the tip
of Wilson Point in a southwesterly direction to the northwest corner
of Cape May Beach.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

of Article 81 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Ed.), title
"Revenue and Taxes", sub-title "State Tax Commission", author-
izing and directing the State Tax Commission to designate two
of its employees as Deputy Chief ASSISTANT STATE Super-
visors of Assessments, and providing that the Chief and Deputy
