be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:

It shall be lawful for any bowling alley, tenpin alley, [or] duck-
pin alley or ice or roller skating rink located within [the fifth
precinct of the thirteenth election district, the twenty-third precinct
of the thirteenth election district, the first, fourth and eighth pre-
cincts of the seventh election district, and in the seventh precinct
of the fourth election district of] Montgomery County, Maryland,
to operate on the Sabbath, commonly called Sunday, in the usual
manner, provided, however, that no such alley OR RINK shall
operate between midnight Saturday and one o'clock P. M., Sunday.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

(House Bill 225)
AN ACT to add new Section 192A to the Code of Public Local Laws
of Harford County (1957 Edition, being Article 13 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Circuit Court", under
sub-title "Salary of Judges", to follow immediately after Section
192 thereof relating to salary for judges of the Third Judicial
Circuit residing in Harford County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 192A be and it is hereby added to the Code of
Public Local Laws of Harford County (1957 Edition, being Article
13 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Circuit
Court", under sub-title "Salary of Judges" to follow immediately
after Section 192 thereof and to read as follows:
192A.
The County Commissioners of Harford County be and they are
hereby authorized and directed to pay to the Judge of the Circuit
Court for the Third Judicial Circuit who resides in Harford
County and who is not a judge of the Court of Appeals, the sum
of twenty-five hundred dollars annually in addition to the salary
received by said judge from the State of Maryland, said payments
to be made from and after June 1, 1959, in equal monthly installments,
and the said County Commissioners are hereby authorized and
directed to levy upon the assessable property of the said county
a tax sufficient to pay the aforesaid amounts.
