AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 255 (e)
of Article 93 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition),
title "Testamentary Law", sub-title "Orphans' Court", relating to
the compensation of Judges of the Orphans' Court of Worcester
County and relating generally thereto.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 255 (e) of Article 93 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1957 Edition), title "Testamentary Law", sub-title "Orphans'
Court", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:
255.
(e) Compensation and travel allowance in certain counties.—
Each of the judges of the orphans' court for Carroll, Charles, How-
