Levy shall be made in the month of June and the said sum of
money to be paid by the County Commissioners of Cecil County to
the said volunteer fire companies. pro rata. The said County Com-
missioners are hereby directed to require each of the said volunteer
fire companies to file, annually, a fair statement of the value of their
respective fire fighting apparatus. Each of the said volunteer fire
companies shall also file with the County Commissioners a statement
of the number of fires to which their respective companies were called
during the previous year, the estimated value of the property in
which the fires occurred and the estimated loss to the same by reason
of any fire.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

AN ACT to add new Section 56 to Article 7 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Carroll County",
to follow immediately after Section 55 thereof and to be under
the new sub-title "Electricians", Section 56 thereof having been
repealed by Chapter 175 of the Acts of 1943, to authorize the
County Commissioners of Carroll County to regulate electricians
and the electrical business, and relating generally to electrical
business in the county. AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE EXPIRA-
TION OF THIS ACT, UNLESS THE RULES AND REGULA-
TIONS AUTHORIZED HEREIN HAVE BEEN ADOPTED
PRIOR THERETO.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 56 be and it is hereby added to Article 7 of the
