in interest, and all work installed under this sub-title shall be in
accordance with the National Electrical Code.

183J. Each license and renewal of same shall be in force and
effect only so long as an approval
APPROVED bond filed with the
said Board in accordance with the provisions of this sub-title shall
remain in full force and effect, and every such license or renewal
of same shall become utterly void and of no effect should any such
bond for any reason whatsoever become inoperative or ineffective,
regardless of the regular date of expiration of said certificate of
renewal.

183K. Any and all persons granted a license or renewal of same
shall display the same in a conspicuous place in the office or place
of business of such licensee.

183L. Nothing in this sub-title shall be construed to prevent any
person from doing or performing any of the kinds of work enu-
merated in this sub-title, provided that such work is performed under
the direction and supervision of a duly licensed Master Electrician
and the said licensed electrician shall be responsible for any and
all work so done under his direction and supervision.

183M. Any person who shall practice, or engage, or continue in
the work of a Master Electrician without having complied with all
the provisions of this sub-title, and any person not licensed as Master
Electrician, who shall do or perform any such work except under
the direction of a Master Electrician, and any person having been
licensed as a Master Electrician and who shall fail to renew his
license as herein provided, and shall do or perform any such work,
or who shall violate any of the provisions of this sub-title, shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be sen-
tenced to pay a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00)
nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or to an imprisonment
not exceeding ninety (90) days, or both, in the discretion of the
court, and any such conviction shall ipso facto revoke and annul
any license that may have been issued to such person.

183N. No license or renewal of same granted or issued under the
provisions of this sub-title shall be assignable or transferable, and
any license and renewal of same shall specify the name of the person
to whom it is issued.

183-0. All fees collected under the provisions of this sub-title
shall be collected by and used by the Board of Examiners to defray
the necessary expenses of said Board.

183P. It shall be the duty of the said Board before the first Monday
of each year to make a report in writing to the Board of County
Commissioners of Kent County, containing a detailed statement of
the nature of the receipts and manner of expenditure, and any bal-
ance of money remaining at the end of the year, after payment of
expenses, shall be paid into the Treasury of Kent County.

183Q. After June 1, 1959, no electric light or power company shall
attach its power lines or electric meters to any consumer's property
