DUTIES OR DEPARTMENTAL OR ADMINISTRATIVE SUPER-
VISION ASSIGNMENTS OR LIAISON SUPERVISION FOR THE
COUNTY WITH BI-COUNTY AGENCIES OR OTHER GOVERN-
MENTAL AGENCIES OR ORGANIZATIONS AND ANY OTHER
SPECIAL FUNCTIONS, IN CONNECTION WITH THEIR
OFFICIAL DUTIES OR EX OFFICIO DUTIES, AS MAY BE PRO-
VIDED IN SUCH RESOLUTION OR RESOLUTIONS; PROVIDED
THAT SUCH RESOLUTION, OR RESOLUTIONS, SHALL NOT
PROVIDE, AND ANY SUCH COMMISSIONER SHALL NOT RE-
CEIVE, IN THE AGGREGATE ANNUALLY, FOR SUCH EX-
PENSE ALLOWANCE OR COMPENSATION, AN AMOUNT
GREATER THAN TWENTY-FIVE HUNDRED ($2500.00) DOL-
LARS FOR SUCH PRESIDING OFFICER OR AN AMOUNT
GREATER THAN TWO THOUSAND ($2000.00) DOLLARS FOR
ANY ONE OF THE OTHER COMMISSIONERS.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby declared
to be an emergency measure and necessary for the immediate preser-
vation of the public health and safety, and having been passed by a
yea and nay vote supported by three fifths of the members elected
to each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, the same shall
take effect from the date of its passage. SHALL TAKE EFFECT
JUNE 1, 1959.

AN ACT to repeal Section 393 (c) and to add new Sub-section (f)
to Section 393 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Cecil County
(1953 Edition, being Article 8 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland), as said section was enacted by Chapter 517 of the
Acts of 1955, to follow immediately after Sub-section (e) thereof,
title "Cecil County", sub-title "Trailer Camps", providing for an
annual assessment of trailers in Cecil County and providing certain
exceptions therefrom and relating generally to trailers in Cecil
County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 393 (c) be and it is hereby repealed, and new Sub-
section (f) be and it is hereby added to Section 393 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Cecil County (1953 Edition, being Article 8 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), as said section was
enacted by Chapter 517 of the Acts of 1955, to follow immediately
after Sub-section (e) thereof, title "Cecil County", sub-title "Trailer
Camps", to read as follows:

been parked in Cecil County on private property for more than ten
