Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That the proceeds from the
sale of such notes, bonds or other certificates of indebtedness shall
be placed in a special fund by the County Treasurer and shall be
paid out by him only on warrants from the Board of Education of
Allegany County in accordance with the schedule enumerated in
Section 2 of this Act for the repairs and additions to and on the said
grounds surrounding public schools.
Sec. 4. And be it further enacted, That for the purpose of paying
the interest on said notes, certificates or bonds and for redeeming
the same as they mature, the County Commissioners of Allegany
County shall annually levy such tax upon the assessable property of
said county as may be necessary to pay the annual interest on said
notes, certificates or bonds and to redeem the same as they become
due until all of said notes, certificates or bonds shall have matured
and been redeemed. The taxes so levied shall be collected in the same
manner as other taxes are levied and collected in said county.
Sec. 5. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

AN ACT to add new Section 141A to Article 15 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Kent
County", sub-title "County Commissioners", to follow immediately
after Section 141 thereof relating to the hours of business of the
courthouse and giving the County Commissioners certain discretion
as to opening and closing of said Courthouse.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 141A be and it is hereby added to Article 15 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Kent County", sub-title "County Commissioners", to follow im-
mediately after Section 141 thereof and to read as follows:
The County Commissioners may, in their sound discretion, close
the Courthouse on Saturday. However, if the Courthouse is closed on
Saturday, as provided herein, it shall remain open from 9 o'clock
a.m. until 5 o'clock p.m. on the preceding Monday through Friday.
