Whereas, By Chapter 51 of the Acts of 1929 the General Assembly
of Maryland authorized the construction and maintenance of a bridge
over Churn Creek in Kent County; and

Whereas, These sections are obsolete and no longer desired and
should be repealed; now, therefore

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 81, 82 and 83 of Article 15 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Kent County", sub-title
"Bridges", sub-heading "Bridge over Churn Creek", be and they are
hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

AN ACT to repeal Chapter 142 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of 1943 which authorized the construction and maintenance of a
bridge over Fore Creek in Kent County, said Act now being
obsolete.

Whereas, By Chapter 142 of the Acts of 1943 the General Assem-
bly authorized the construction and maintenance of a bridge over
Fore Creek in Kent County; and

Whereas, This Act is obsolete and no longer desired and should be
repealed; now, therefore

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Chapter 142 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1943, be
and it is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
