Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 53 (1) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition), title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "General Pro-
visions on Issue of Licenses", be and the same is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

53.

(1) The number of each class of alcoholic beverage licenses in
Prince George's County shall not exceed the following maximum
amounts:

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect

(House Bill 713)

AN ACT to add new Section 31 to Article 33A of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Eminent Domain", sub-
title "Surveys for Public Works", to follow immediately after
Section 30 thereof, providing for the payment of moving costs
in certain cases and under certain conditions in condemnation
proceedings or in connection with negotiations in lieu thereof in
this State and relating generally thereto.

the Annotated Code of Maryland, title "Eminent Domain", sub-title
