Arundel County, if the member so requests, a complete statement of
all charges made against such member, and his findings thereon,
together with a complete record of the proceedings. Vacancies on
said Board for any cause shall be filled by the Governor for the
unexpired term, and until a successor shall qualify. Any member
of said Board shall be eligible for reappointment, unless otherwise
disqualified by the provisions of this section.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1959.

AN ACT to add new Sections 8 (g-1), 9 (g-1), 11 (i-1) and 126A
to Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition),
title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-titles "Beer Licenses", and "Re-
strictions Upon Licensees", to follow immediately after Sections
8 (g), 9 (g), 11 (i) and 126 thereof, relating to fees for beer
licenses and to the presence or loitering by minors on alcoholic
beverage premises in Kent County AND WICOMICO COUNTIES,
and relating generally to alcoholic beverages therein.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Sections 8 (g-1), 9 (g-1), 11 (i-1) and 126A be and the
same are hereby added to Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1957 Edition), title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-titles "Beer
Licenses", and "Restrictions Upon Licensees", to follow immediately
after Sections 8 (g), 9 (g), 11 (i) and 126 thereof, and to read as
follows:

(g-1) In Kent County AND WICOMICO COUNTIES, the annual
license fee for such a license shall be fifty dollars ($50.00).
9.
(g-1) In Kent County AND WICOMICO COUNTIES, the annual
license fee for such a license shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00).
11.
(i-1) In Kent County AND WICOMICO COUNTIES, the annual
license fee for such a license shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00).
126A. (a) In Kent County AND WICOMICO COUNTIES, it shall
be unlawful for any licensee under this Article on whose premises
dancing is conducted to allow any minor or minors under the age of

twenty one (21) years to loaf or loiter about the premises for which
such license is issued; restaurants may, however, serve meals without
alcoholic beverages to minors.
