corporated Towns of the State: One-half of
the estimated receipts of the Corporation
Franchise Taxes, it being the intention that
one-half of the actual receipts from franchise
taxes on ordinary business corporations be
distributed to the Counties and Baltimore
City and Incorporated Towns in accordance
with the distribution provided for by the
Franchise Tax Laws, whether the same be
more or less than this estimate.

To Baltimore City, the Counties and the Incor-
porated Towns of the State: The respective
shares due them of the State Tax on Admis-
sions to places of amusement in accordance
with the provisions of Article 81, Section 402
of the 1957 Annotated Code, whether the
same be more or less than this estimate.

of the Treasury—Motor Vehicles Fuel Tax
Division.
