Section 8A thereof and to be under the new sub-title "Assistance to
Other Political Sub-Divisions"; and that a new Section 219 be and it
is hereby added to Article 25 of said Code, title "County Commis-
sioners", to follow immediately after Section 218 thereof and to be
under the new sub-title "Assistance to Other Political Sub-Divisions",
and all to read as follows:
Article 23A
8B. The Mayor and City Council, by whatever name known, of
every municipal corporation in this State is authorized and em-
powered to lend or provide, UPON SUCH TERM'S AS MAY BE
AGREED UPON, the use of tools, vehicles, implements, materials,
consultants, services, and other assistance to an adjoining ANOTHER
political sub-division for purposes deemed to be public and of benefit
to the municipal corporation and the other political sub-division.
Article 25
219. The Board of County Commissioners or the County Council
of every county in this State is authorized and empowered to lend or
provide, UPON SUCH TERMS AS MAY BE AGREED UPON, the
use of tools, vehicles, implements, materials, consultants, services,
and other assistance to an adjoining ANOTHER political sub-divi-
sion for purposes deemed to be public and of benefit to the county
and the other political sub-division.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1960.

(Senate Bill 102)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, sub-sections (b),
(c) and (f) of Section 118 of Article 48 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Inspections", sub-title "Maryland
Commercial Feed Law of 1958", and to add new sub-sections (j)
and (k) to said Section 118, to follow immediately after sub-section
(i) thereof; to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, sub-section
(a) of Section 119; to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 120 of said Article and sub-title; to repeal and re-enact,
with amendments, sub-sections (a) and (c) of Section 121; to
repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 123, 124 (a), 124
(d) and 128 of said Article and sub-title, all relating to the distri-
bution of commercial feedstuff s in the State of Maryland, revising
the amount of inspection and registration fees to be paid in con-
nection therewith, and clarifying and making more definite the
meaning of the terms "commercial feed", "distribute" and "distri-
butor", and defining new term "distributee", and providing for the
