or warehouse, although the same be not contiguous to or used with
any mansion house, and stealing from thence any money, goods or
chattels to the value of [one dollar] five dollars or upwards, or as
being accessory thereto, shall restore the thing taken to the owner
thereof, or shall pay him the full value thereof, and shall be sen-
tenced to the penitentiary for not

ANNOTATED CODE OF MARYLAND (1957 EDI-
TION), title "Natural Resources", sub-title "Birds, Game and
Inland Water Fish", sub-heading "Game and Fresh Water Fish—
Regulations for Taking in Non-tidal Waters", be and it is hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That new Article 14B be and
it is hereby added to the said Code, to follow immediately after Ar-
ticle 14A thereof and to be entitled "State Boat Act", and to read as
follows:

ARTICLE 14B
STATE BOAT ACT
1. DEFINITIONS:

As used in this Article, unless the context clearly requires a dif-
ferent meaning:

EXPLANATION: Italics indicate new matter added to existing law.

[Brackets] indicate matter stricken from existing law.

CAPITALS indicate amendments to bill.
