BY THE RESPECTIVE CHAIRMEN OF THE DEMOCRATIC
AND REPUBLICAN STATE CENTRAL COMMITTEES OR A
MEMBER OF SAID COMMITTEES DESIGNATED BY THE RE-
SPECTIVE CHAIRMAN, IMMEDIATELY PRIOR TO THE SEAL-
ING OF SAID VOTING MACHINES TO BE USED IN EACH AND
EVERY ELECTION HELD IN HARFORD COUNTY. IMME-
DIATELY FOLLOWING SAID INSPECTION THE SAID CHAIR-
MAN SHALL CERTIFY IN WRITING TO THE BOARD OF ELEC-
TION SUPERVISORS THAT SUCH INSPECTION HAS BEEN
MADE AND THAT THE MACHINES APPEAR TO BE OPERAT-
ING SATISFACTORILY.
Each and every candidate duly certified in Harford County to run
in said election is hereby authorized in person or by his agent so
designated in writing, to inspect any or all machines within the
times aforementioned. that is to say after said machines are located
in their respective polling places but prior to the opening of the polls
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1,1957.

(House Bill 153)
AN ACT to add new Section 96 (f) to Article 52 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1951 Edition and 1956 Supplement), title
"Justices of the Peace", sub-title "Trial Magistrates System", said
new section to follow immediately after Section 96 (e) thereof,
providing for the disposition of fines, penalties and forfeitures
accounts received by the County Commissioners of Somerset County
for violations of the ordinance of the municipality of ORDI-
NANCES OF THE TOWNS OF CRISFIELD AND Princess Anne.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new Section 96 (f), be and it is hereby added to Article 52 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition and 1956 Supple-
ment), title "Justices of the Peace", sub-title "Trial Magistrates
System", said new section to follow immediately after Section 96 (e)
thereof, and to read as follows:
96.
(f) In Somerset County, the County Commissioners shall pay over
to the municipality of MUNICIPALITIES OF CRISFIELD AND
Princess Anne all fines, penalties and forfeitures received by them
arising from the violation of the ordinances of said municipality
