title "Crimes and Punishments", sub-title "Drunkenness and Dis-
orderly Conduct", providing that the crime of disorderly conduct
on the land of another shall also apply in Kent County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 146 of Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1956 Supplement), title "Crimes and Punishments", sub-title
"Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct", be and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

146. Disorderly conduct on land of another.

Any person who shall enter upon the land or premises of any other
person, whether such person be the owner or lessee of said land or
premises, and wilfully act in a disorderly manner by making loud
and unseemly noises, or by profanely cursing or swearing or using
obscene language or acting in any other disorderly manner while
thereon, shall upon conviction thereof be sentenced to pay a fine of
not less than one dollar and not more than twenty-five dollars, and
the costs of the prosecution; and the several justices of the peace of
this State shall have concurrent jurisdiction over such offense with
the circuit courts for their respective counties; and when said fine
and costs are not paid, the parties so convicted shall be committed to
the county jail for a term not exceeding thirty days or until dis-
charged in due course of law; provided, however, that the provisions
of this section shall only apply to Charles County, Frederick County,
Harford County, Howard County, Montgomery County, Prince
George's County, St. Mary's County [and], Carroll County [.] and
Kent County.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1957.

notated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Assignment of
Choses in Action"; to repeal Sections 29 and 30 of Article 9 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Attach-
ments", sub-title "Attachments on Judgments and Decrees"; to
repeal Sections 1 through 5, inclusive, and Sections 7 through 13,
inclusive, of Article 16 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951
Edition), title "Chancery", sub-title "Abatement and Revivor";
to repeal Sections 18 and 19 of Article 16 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Chancery", sub-title "Amend-
ment"; to repeal Sections 22 through 25, inclusive, of Article 16
